• Booth includes 6' table, backdrop, two chairs, and electricity. Your camp will also be included in the Exhibitior Directory as well as in our Virtual Fair which goes live after the fair.

  • If you are unable to attend the fair as an exhibitor, your camp can still have a presence. You can provide flyers that we will place on the Community Table. This Community Table will be set up near the entrance where all attendees will have an opportunity to review and take flyers.

Registration cancellation policy: Fees refundable only if cancellation received by Monday, November 29, 2021. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after November 29.  In the event the fair is cancelled by the host school, registration fees will be refunded.

The Summer Opportunities Exhibitor Directory will have lists of camps by category to assist families in finding the type of camps that meet their needs. Your camp will be included in a category list based on your selections here.


We strongly encourage vendors to set up on Friday afternoon (4:00 - 6:00 p.m.) if possible.  Please let us know when you intend to set up.

Due to COVID restrictions in force at the time of the fair, availability of booth rear partitions and electricity may be limited or unavailable.  Please let us know if you require either of these for your booth.


LUNCHES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE THIS YEAR. Please list the quantity and type of lunch you would like.  Due to ever changing COVID protocols, we do not know if food will be allowed in the exhibition hall.  If that restriction is required there will be a separate dining area available.
